Rehab Building Co. INC is a family-owned construction company run by Gary and Venus Ganson, serving Gardena and the South Bay. The name on the license is the person who shows up to your project.

Our slogan “Building with Purpose” means more than just quality construction projects for our clients. As an organization we want to build purpose into the work and community of every client. Our mission is to be a reflection of Jesus Christ to our clients, subcontractors, vendors and anyone else within our sphere of human contact. Our company is partnered with a non-profit organization called StraightWays LA, an organization run completely by volunteers to help feed, home, and educate children and widows in Africa. As members of the Board of Directors we help provide financial and leadership support alongside other exceptional and compassionate business owners so that StraightWays LA can continue their mission of helping those in need. Rehab Building Company thrives because we’ve discovered that giving back into someone’s life builds them up to be exceptional human beings, strong leaders, and yes… outstanding workers! But the blessing is truly ours!

Meet The Owner
Meet Gary Ganson, CEO
Gary Ganson has spent more than 20 years working hands-on in construction, and he still works directly with every trade on the job. He founded Rehab Building Co. INC in 2013 and has since led residential builds across Southern California alongside commercial work for national brands including ZARA, Forever 21, Brookdale Senior Living, and Verve Coffee.
His approach is straightforward: build the relationship first, keep the project running so the homeowner does not have to worry about it, and be honest about cost before the work starts, not after. Gary and his wife Venus run the company together and are raising their family in Southern California.

Meet Venus Ganson, COO
Venus Ganson is the COO and majority owner of Rehab Building, Co., Inc. along with several other businesses. She has 20+ years experience in the financial industry working for Credit Unions in many different capacities. Although her professional career has kept her in the office, Venus has found a passion working on creative projects often bringing her outdoors.
Beginning with photography, she always found a way to use her new creative passions to bless others. With a heart for philanthropy, Venus finds ways to help others while balancing family, career, and self development.

Call or send a message and you will hear back quickly, often the same day. We ask what you are trying to build and tell you honestly whether we are the right company for it.
We Walk It With You
We come to you, look at the space, and talk through scope, materials, and budget in person. The visit is free and nothing is owed after it.
Written Estimate
You get a thorough written estimate covering scope and materials. Clients regularly tell us this is where Rehab stood apart from the other bids they collected.
Build and Handoff
We schedule the trades, run the job, keep the site clean, and walk the finished work with you before we call it complete.

Building With Purpose is not a tagline the company added later. It is why Gary and Venus started Rehab and how they have run it since 2013.
The Senior Project
Rehab provides free home repairs for seniors in the communities we serve facing physical or financial limitations, delivered through the company's Building with Purpose Senior Project.
StraightWays LA
Gary and Venus created StraightWays LA, a volunteer-run nonprofit that feeds, houses, and educates children and widows in Africa, and still serve on its board today.
Local Sponsorships
The company sponsors Trinity Therapeutic Riding Center and North Torrance Little League, alongside other local organizations.

How long have you been in business?
Rehab Building Co. INC was founded in 2013 and has completed hundreds of residential and commercial projects since. Between them, the team brings more than 30 years of combined construction experience across multiple trades.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Rehab holds CSLB License #991087 covering Class B general building and C10 electrical work, is bonded through Atlantic Specialty Insurance Company, and carries workers' compensation through State Compensation Insurance Fund.
Do you do commercial work as well as residential?
Yes. Rehab has completed tenant improvements, remodels, and ground-up builds for national brands including ZARA, Forever 21, Brookdale Senior Living, and Verve Coffee. That commercial project management is what runs behind every residential job as well.
What areas do you serve?
We work across Gardena, the South Bay, and the greater Los Angeles area. Torrance, Manhattan Beach, and the surrounding South Bay communities are all inside that range.
