How Our ADU Process Works
Free Site Consultation
Call and we will come out, look at the lot, and talk through what will actually fit and what it will take. No charge and no obligation.
Plan and Estimate
We work through layout, size, and finish level with you, then put a written estimate in front of you that spells out exactly what is included.
Scheduling
We lock in the build sequence before work starts so trades arrive in the right order and the site is not sitting idle.
Build
Foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishes. We keep the site clean, which matters more on an ADU because you are living on the property while we work.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished unit with you, close out the punch list, and hand it over ready to use or rent.

For Your ADU
General and Electrical Licensed
CSLB #991087 covers both Class B general building and C10 electrical. An ADU needs its own electrical service, and we handle that in-house rather than waiting on an outside sub.
You Live Here While We Build
The team runs zero-footprint jobsite practices. On an ADU build the family is usually still living on the property, so a clean, contained site is not a nice-to-have.
Owner Involvement
Gary Ganson has more than 20 years of hands-on experience and coordinates the trades personally. One point of contact from first walk to handover.
Financing Available
Rehab works with Hearth, Enhancify, and Renew Financial, which matters on ADUs where the unit often pays for itself over time through rental income.
Bonded and Insured
Bonded through Atlantic Specialty Insurance Company with workers' compensation through State Compensation Insurance Fund. Documentation available on request.

How much does it cost to build an ADU in Gardena?
