How Our Remodeling Process Works
Free Consultation
Call and tell us what is not working about the house. We come out, walk it room by room, and talk through what the remodel actually needs to include.
Design and Material Selection
We work with you on layout and materials, and we will tell you honestly where spending more is worth it and where it is not. Clients regularly point to this as the part that saved them money.
Scheduling
We sequence the trades before demo starts, so the house is not sitting torn open waiting for the next crew.
Construction
Demo, structural work, electrical, plumbing, and finishes. If you are living in the home during the remodel, we contain the work zone and keep the rest of the house usable.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished home with you, close the punch list, and clean the site before we call it done.

How much does a whole-home remodel cost?
It depends on the size of the home, how much is structural versus cosmetic, and the finish level you choose. We will not give a number without seeing the house. Walk it with us and you will get a written estimate broken down by scope.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. CSLB License #991087 covers Class B general building and C10 electrical work. We are bonded through Atlantic Specialty Insurance Company and carry workers' compensation through State Compensation Insurance Fund. Documentation is available on request.
