An outdoor project can be a single retaining wall or a full backyard transformation with terracing, seating areas, and lighting. Because we are a general building contractor with an in-house C10 electrical license, the structural work and the lighting are handled by the same team that runs the schedule.

How Our Outdoor Design Process Works
Free Consultation
Call and tell us what you want from the space. We walk the yard with you, look at grades, drainage, and access, and talk honestly about what is realistic.
Design and Estimate
We work through the layout with you — levels, surfaces, planting, lighting — and you get a written estimate that spells out scope and materials line by line.
Scheduling
Before work starts, we lock in the sequence: demo and grading, structural work, surfaces, then lighting and finish, so the yard is never torn up longer than it needs to be.
Construction
Retaining walls, hardscape, electrical, and finishes, run by the same team that builds our homes. The site stays clean and the schedule stays visible.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished space with you at the end — including after dark if lighting is part of the job — and work through the punch list before we call it done.
