Our Process
What Happens Next
We Get Back to You
Someone from Rehab follows up on your message to learn more about the project and answer your first questions.
We Come to You
We schedule a time to walk the property, look at the space, and talk through scope and materials in person. The visit is free and nothing is owed after it.
Written Estimate
You get a detailed written estimate covering scope and materials. Clients regularly describe Rehab's quotes as thorough and transparent — that is deliberate.
You Decide
Take the time you need. If you want to move forward, we schedule the work and get started. If not, that is fine too.
FAQ
Before You Reach Out
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, walk the project with you, and give you a written estimate at no charge. There is no obligation to move forward afterward.
Do I need to know my budget before I call?
It helps, but it is not required. Part of the on-site visit is talking through what is realistic and where your money goes furthest. Clients have specifically credited Gary with steering them toward the right materials for their budget rather than the most expensive option.
What should I have ready before the visit?
Anything that helps us understand the project: plans if you have them, photos, a rough idea of scope, and any timing constraints. If you have none of that, the walkthrough is still the right first step.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Rehab works with Hearth, Enhancify, and Renew Financial. We can point you toward the right option once we understand the scope.
